The Dubrow Diet Explained in Under 100 Words

The Dubrow Diet was founded by two reality tv stars, a plastic surgeon and “real housewife” of Orange County (the Dubrows). 


The diets core focus is eating wholesome foods and minimizing carbs and starchy foods, while using intermittent fasting. 


There is no calorie restriction, but people are encouraged to eat 2-3 servings of non-starchy vegetables, protein, fruit, and healthy fats, along with 1 serving of nuts or seeds, complex carbs, and dairy. 


The diet incorporates intermittent fasting for 12-16 hours, depending on the goal and phase you’re in (there are three phases).
